Savory Zucchini Bread

I saw this recipe over at Food Blogga http://foodblogga.blogspot.com/2010/06/get-excited-over-savory-zucchini-bread.html and just had to test it out. This recipe has the perfect combinations of zucchini, scallions, and cheddar cheese. It's a great accompaniment to a bowl of vegetable soup or a spring salad.
